GRAMMY nominated rapper DaBaby has launched his mental health platform, DaBaby Cares in honor of his late brother, Glenn Johnson for suicide prevention month. He had tragically lost his life to suicide, during Suicide Prevention Month.

Aimed at providing mental health resources for youth during Suicide Prevention Month, DaBaby Cares initiative also includes the release of the free downloadable “Youth Mental Health 101 Resource Guide” which is created in partnership with Mental Health America of Central Carolinas. It offers essential tools and support for young people navigating mental health challenges.

This specially created resource provides essential mental health support, including instruction on the value of mental health and self-care techniques, as well as a self-evaluation section that invites readers to consider their own mental health and pinpoint areas in need of development.

Along with helpful advice, the guide offers doable actions, coping strategies, and stress-reduction methods for preserving mental wellness.

Folks can download the free toolkit on the official website here.
