Missed opportunity? Boity Reacts To Cassper’s Wedding. After widespread speculation on social media about Cassper Nyovest tying the knot with his childhood friend Pulane, the truth has been confirmed as the couple proudly displayed their extravagant traditional wedding ceremony.
Social media has been flooded with videos and images from Cassper and Pulane‘s wedding. Still, Boity’s Twitter post (X) captured the attention of many, raising eyebrows due to its perceived convenience or perhaps a mere coincidence. “Why did today feel like a Sunday?” Boity wrote on the evening of Cassper’s wedding, a post unrelated to Cassper’s big day.
The actress and rapper dated Cassper from 2014-2015 and at some point, the couple fueled rumours of walking down the aisle. However, her recent post prompted some fans to mock her for not being invited to the wedding and not being the woman Cassper chose to marry.
However, Boity was not moved by the comments as she responded laughing off the social media trolls; “Banna… halena peace on this app. 😂😂😂😂.”
In 2015, Cassper Nyovest and his then-girlfriend Boity appeared on the cover of DRUM Magazine, announcing their engagement after Cassper proposed, which Boity joyfully accepted. “@boity I just want the world to know how much I’m madly in love with you!!! You’re perfection!” Cassper wrote after gracing DRUM Magazine.
Nevertheless, one might wonder why Boity and Cassper didn’t become the couple many wanted them to be. During an interview on Metro FM, Boity clarified the reality of her relationship with the fellow rapper revealing that Cassper asked her to be his girlfriend, not his wife. “He asked me to be his girlfriend, not his wife.”
She continued; “It’s fine, actually, because one of the things we spoke about in the article was the fact that one of the main things we wanna do is get married. So it’s fine. It’s okay for people to assume and insinuate that because it’s gonna happen anyway.”
