Missy Elliott is about to “work it” with the announcement of her debut headline tour: OUT OF THIS WORLD: The Missy Elliott Experience. Busta Rhymes, Ciara, and Timbaland will join the hip-hop icon. Talk about a solid lineup!
The famed rapper will spark up her 24-city tour begnining July 4 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Missy Elliott will stop in Los Angeles at the Crypto.com Arena on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Tickets to Missy Elliott are $79-$329 plus service fees for general admission. VIP packages will cost you $399-$800 plus service fees. Please keep in mind that prices vary by city And venue. We highly recommend you select a tour date nearest you for exact pricing.
It’s hard to believe, but the upcoming tour will be Elliott’s first-ever headline tour. That’s wild, considering Elliott has been a force since the 90s. The chart-topping rapper performed here and there between her health challenges with the autoimmune disorder Graves’ disease. Los Angeles last got a lucky dose of Missy “Misdemeanor” at the beloved (and now defunct) FYF Fest when she co-headlined with Bjork in 2017. Most recently, Missy Elliott performed a handful of shows, including a spot at Lovers & Friends in 2023, where we were easily reminded that she still reigns as Queen.
In regards to her upcoming 2024 tour, Missy Elliott said in a press release:
“This is an incredible time in my life as I am experiencing so many milestone ‘firsts.’ Being the FIRST female Hip Hop artist to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and now going out on my FIRST headline tour,” shares Elliott. “Fans have been asking me to tour forever but I wanted to wait until I felt the time was right because I knew if I was ever going to do it, I had to do it big, and I had to do it with family! So get ready to be taken OUT OF THIS WORLD with me, Busta Rhymes, Ciara, and Timbaland! We can’t wait to share this experience with the fans!”
Tickets to Missy Elliott go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 12th at 10am local time. Fans, however, can get presale tickets starting Tuesday, April 9th at 10am local time.
