MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The Mobile Civic Center’s time may be coming to an end, but the R&B & Hip Hop Fest is making an appearance before the demolition.

According to a press release, the R&B & Hip Hop Fest will be held at the Mobile Civic Center Arena on Saturday, June 15, at 7 p.m., before demolition starts in August.
The festival, presented by Xtreme Entertainment Touring, will feature T.I. “Grand Hustle” Reunion and Anthony Hamilton & Friends.
T.I., also known as Tip, is a Grammy Award-winning recording artist who has left a mark on music and pop culture. He has sold over 10 million albums in the U.S., including “Rubber Band Man,” “What You Know,” and “About The Money” featuing Young Thug.
Joining T.I. is Anthony Hamilton, a Grammy Award-winning multiplatinum singer-songwriter. Hamilton has hits including “You Made A Fool Of Me” and “I’m Ready.”
Ticket prices for the R&B & Hip Hop Fest are listed as $74 and up, according to the press release.

Tickets go on sale starting Friday, March 22 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster. Purchases can be made in-person at the Mobile Civic Center Box Office (401 Civic Center Drive) Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or at the Saenger Theatre Box Office (6 South Joachim Street) Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Additional fees, service charges, and taxes may be added to ticket prices, according to the release.
