50 Cent’s ex-girlfriend Chelsea Handler has always “loved hip-hop” according to her friend and fellow comedian Jo Koy.
The rapper and the Chelsea Lately star shocked fans when they unveiled their romance in 2010. After several months of dating – and inappropriate Twitter photos – the couple ended their relationship. Jo says that while most would assume Fiddy was her first foray into the hip-hop, Chelsea has always had a passion for rap.
“To be honest, she’s just a fan of music,” Jo told SOHH. “I think when she does all that playfulnes, it’s just for fun. She does love hip-hop. When we were opening the show, she’d have hip-hop playing.”
“So I would say she’s a fan but I think she also milks it because it’s pretty funny,” he added.
While Chelsea may be an avid hip-hop fan, she caused slight controversy when she revealed that she ended her relationship with Fiddy by calling him something “less than the n-word.”
