Ashanti says she’s engaged to Nelly after confirming pregnancy
On Wednesday, Ashanti took to social media to confirm the recent pregnancy rumors with Nelly. Those initially surfaced in December. However, neither one of them went on to publicly address it. Moreover, Ashanti confirmed the rumors in a video, where she’s seen backstage, at a recent concert.
In addition to the pregnancy rumors, Ashanti also revealed to Essence, that she and Nelly are engaged.

Ashanti and Nelly had been on and off as a couple, over the last two decades. However, they went on to be official again, early last year. As a result, their chemistry quickly resumed where it left off, as they’re now starting a family together. Furthermore, fans have also since been ecstatic for them on social media, following both of these major announcements, on Wednesday.
