Rachel Lindsay slams estranged husband for revealing finance info
Rachel Lindsay, the former Bachelorette star, has publicly criticized her estranged husband Bryan Abasolo. She’s upset at him for allegedly exposing her financial information during their contentious divorce proceedings. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Lindsay has pleaded with the court to seal portions of Abasolo’s recent motion for support, claiming he breached a confidentiality agreement they had reached.
The 44-year-old chiropractor filed for divorce on January 1, 2024, citing December 31, 2023, as the date of separation. Bryan is demanding monthly spousal support from Rachel, stating his income is only $1,700 per month. Despite the separation, Bryan has continued to live with Rachel in their Los Angeles home, leading to a strained and awkward living situation.
“Our current living situation is very awkward and strained. We generally do not even talk to each other and try to avoid each other,” Bryan stated in a declaration. He added, “Rachel has security cameras outside our home. Only Rachel has the credentials to the security cameras, and Rachel can monitor my comings and goings.”
Bryan claims he needs financial support from Rachel to afford his own place, asserting that he had to put his chiropractic career on hold to support Rachel’s burgeoning media career, which negatively impacted his business. He disclosed having $781k in real property but limited funds in the bank, including assets like an air fryer, gym equipment, a $1k wedding band, and $51k in investment accounts.
Rachel, in her recent motion, expressed a desire to resolve the matter quietly and without court intervention. She accused Bryan of breaching their confidentiality agreement by filing exhibits revealing her financial details. She has asked the court to seal the information to protect her from potential harm.
A judge has yet to rule on the motion.
