Ray J and Princess Love are headed toward divorce for a fourth time, just one year after the pair called off their third planned divorce in 2023.

Princess announced the split in an Instagram post on Monday (February 26), revealing that it’s in their “best interest” to part ways.

“It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our decision to divorce,” she began in the written statement. “After much reflection, discussion, and counseling, we have come to the difficult realization that our paths have diverged, and it is in the best interest of both of us to part ways.”

She continued: “We want to reassure you that this decision was made thoughtfully and with mutual respect and consideration for each other’s well-being. While our relationship as spouses may be coming to an end, we remain committed to co-parenting our children and maintaining a positive and supportive family dynamic.”

With the comments turned off, she added in the caption, “Trusting GOD with the next chapter of our lives. Peace and Love. Always.”

Ray J and Princess Love wed in August 2016 after four years of dating, and share five-year-old daughter Melody and four-year-old son Epik.

It has been just about one year since the “One Wish” singer asked a court to throw out his divorce from the reality star after they’d filed for the third time.

Issues between Ray J and Princess Love began in 2019 when the fashion designer accused the crooner of abandoning her in Las Vegas with their child Melody. Love was also pregnant with Epik at the time she said Ray J left her in the dust.

The first filing came from Princess in May 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic forced the couple inside that summer, where they began to work things out.

By September 2020, Ray had enough and filed for divorce. However, the pair tried to reconcile once more, moving to Florida with their two children.

That reconciliation was short-lived and Ray filed once more in 2021, but as previously mentioned, dismissed it two years later in 2023.
